Pricing

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, and are subject to change at any time. Discrepancies between online and in-store prices are at our discretion. Similarly any offers or deals found either online or in-store are at our discretion and we are under no obligation to match said price, deal, or offer.

Products

Where a product is available in different variants, e.g. volume, length, colour etc. please ensure you have made the right selection. Please note that some products may contain strong chemicals or ingredients that if misused could be damaging to your health and safety, ensure that you follow all usage instructions and guidelines provided by the manufacturer, and that certain items are only used by a qualified professional. When a product is available in different formulations, such as regular strength and extra strength / super, do not use the stronger formulation if you are unsure which formulation you require or if you have prior no prior usage experience. We will not be held liable for any damage caused by misuse of products. At times product packaging may change before we have an opportunity to update our product information and images, in such a case if the item is deemed to be the same and it is only the packaging that has been altered, this will count as us fulfilling our obligation.

Ordering & Payment

Once you have selected the items you would like to purchase you should proceed to the checkout area. Initially you will be asked to register to our site by entering a valid email address, we will provide a password to allow you to access our user are, from where you can then edit your details, preferences, and keep track of your order status and history. Please note before making payment it is your responsibility to ensure the contents of your basket are accurate, i.e. you have removed any items you would not like, and all product variants (volume, length, colour, or formulation) are as you would like.

Payment, including cost of postage, can be made via credit or debit card using our secure and verified online payment portal, or through PayPal regardless of whether you have an existing PayPal account or not. We do not accept payment by any other means. The shipping address and the billing address (where the card used for payment is registered) should be the same; we will not send items elsewhere. To avoid any delays or issues please ensure that all information provided is accurate and that the means of payment are your own or you have the card/ account holders express permission. If we have any reason to suspect fraudulent use we will notify the relevant authorities immediately.

Processing

Once we have received confirmation that your payment has been authorised we will begin to process your order as soon as possible. We aim to despatch your order the same day or on the next working day depending on the time that payment is authorised. If there are any issues, such as an item being out of stock, we will contact you by email or phone immediately and follow your instructions on the matter. If you need to make any alterations or amendments to your order please contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery

Packages will be delivered to the shipping address by Courier, you will be provided with a tracking code so you can trace your package at any time. Standard delivery time is 2-4 working days, unless you have upgraded to next day delivery, again this is all dependent on the time that your order comes through to us. Upon receiving your package please ensure that the seal is intact and the package is not damaged in any way, shape, or form. If this is the case do not open the package but inform both ourselves and the courier, we will direct you on the action required from thereon. If you are not present at the time of delivery the courier may leave the package with neighbours or return to the depot, the courier will always inform you of the action they have taken. From here it is your responsibility to collect the items.

Returns

We are happy to refund or exchange any products within 7 days of you having received them, so long as the following stipulations are met. The product must be free from any damage, unopened and unused, returned to us in the original packaging accompanied with the original invoice. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchange if these conditions are not met.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method and only to the debit or credit card that was used to make payment, we will aim to process such claims as soon as possible but be aware that this may take a couple of days. Any balance owed to you as the result of a product exchange will again be made to the original card used for payment. Alternatively if there is an additional balance to be paid to us as the result of an exchange we will contact you to make payment, only when this payment has been authorised will we process the transaction. When making an exchange you may be liable to pay the cost of delivery.

It is important to note that this returns policy is applicable to online purchases only. Items purchased at one of our branches must be returned there, and are subject to that stores refund policy. Such items will not be accepted if returned to our On-Line Department. Similarly items purchased on-line will not be refunded or exchanged in-store.

Warranty

All electrical items come with a 6 month manufacturer’s warranty covering any electrical faults only. You have the option to return the faulty item to the manufacturer directly, or you may return the item to us to claim the warranty on your behalf. The faulty item should be returned to us in the original packaging, including any and all accessories that may have been included, and the original invoice. We are unable to take any further action in the matter until we have received the manufacturer’s report, this process can take several weeks. We will then act on the manufacturer’s advice and contact you outlining the options available to you. You will be liable to pay all posting costs accrued as a result of us handling you warranty claim.

Please note that the warranty covers electrical faults only. Any problems occurring as a result of misuse, negligence, failure to properly care for the product, or follow the usage guidelines (such as initial charge time) will not be covered. Similarly problems with clipper and trimmer blades are not under warranty.
